I'd imagine Jiraiya, maybe even Orochimaru (smash my silly hopes and whatnot), may have unintentionally reacted to Dan with jealousy. They'd been the only guys Tsunade had spent a whole lot of time with her entire life and then all of sudden Dan was there.
And Dan seemed to be a perfectly nice, flawless guy. Whereas Jiraiya and Oro were made of flaws and shinobi training packed into human form. He just looked like he'd be sickeningly happy all the time and always willing to give benefit of the doubt. Which...was probably why he died so suddenly as well >> Poor Tsunade! Everything she touches DIES! But we still love her. oro, jiraiya, dan, Tsunade (c) Kishimoto I just shoved together pictures of sakura trees in the background, it seemed fitting. The main focus is Jiraiya and Oro, looking a bit defeated. Oro actually looks a little regretful hahah. My photoshop filters are dying, my light effects did not want to work for this pic. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
